Ranges of elegant doors are engineered to provide greater stability than traditional construction methods.  All stiles and mid rails are constructed with pieces of MDF and timbers which are glued together and then veneered over  to provide a much stronger stile or rail which will not twist or warp. All parts of the door including the assembly are processed on German and Italian machines.

The internal MDF door panels are raised and veneered on both sides with a timber veneer added to match the stiles and rails.  Using MDF in the internal door construction avoids shrinkage and splitting of the panel which can develop with traditional construction methods.

Applying a real wood veneer to an internal door provides greater uniformity in colour and improves the appearance of the internal door.

Size : Standard size of doors manufactured are 2089 mm (H) X 830mm/850 mm width for internal doors and 900mm/950mm width for entrance doors. Height of doors are standard at 2089 mm for both internal and entrance doors.                 (Note : Door frames & architraves can be supplied against bulk orders)
