Introducing Engineered Doors

Bloom’s N-Doors have all stiles, rails and panels made of imported hi-moisture resistant MDF and timber, which are then glued together and layered on both sides with an imported natural wooden veneer. Such a process builds sturdier stiles, rails and panels that do not twist or warp. It also saves on precious wood volume, making it eco friendly. Thus, N-Doors carry the timeless distinction of elegance with genuine wood engineered to perfection.

N-Doors can be built for a wide variety of applications-from kitchen cabinets, to sliding doors, domestic and other commercial uses.

The innovation:

To sum up the innovation, our engineered doors use imported “HMR MDF and Kiln-dried wood on the peripherals.”Natural wood veneer is clad on the stiles, rails and panels before final assembly. Engineered doors prevent shrinkage, warping and expansions even in high-humidity conditions.

A German-made glue is then used to bind and press the HMR MDF, Kiln-dried timber and veneer together into robust stiles and rails. This process completely seals-in the HMR MDF, so that it is not at all exposed to humidity, thus prolonging the life of the door.

The in-fill MDF panels are raised and veneered on both sides with a natural timber veneer to match the stiles and rails.
